The CSR philosophy of bajaj hindusthan lies in the continuing commitment by business to behave ethically and contribute to economic development while improving the quality of life of the workforce and their families as well as of the local community, cane growers and society at large including the environment.

In pursuance of the above philosophy, bajaj hindusthan limited planned in 2009 to impart high standard education at low cost to the wards of the employees as well as to the cane growers, local community and society by establishing "bajaj public school" at its Maqsoodapur (Shahjahanpur- UP) Unit. In the subsequent years the wings of bajaj public school spread to its Gola (Lakhimpur- Kheri), Palia (Lakhimpur-Kheri) & Barkhera (Pilibhit), Kinauni (Meerut), Gangnauli (Saharanpur), Bilai (Bijnore),Utraulla (Balrampur) units in the current academic session .We are proud to cherish the fruits of success of these schools.
